A: No. Everybody is welcome at Danzenpointe Physiotherapy.

Q: Can I claim on private health for my appointment or pointe assessment?
A: Yes, all services are claimable on private health. Card or cash payments are accepted.

Q: Do you have a Hicaps machine for claiming on private health?
A: A Hicaps machine is available at Warana. Brisbane patients may claim through their private health app, with a receipt.

Q: What is a turnout assessment?
A: A turnout assessment educates a dancer how to use their deep hip rotator muscles to prevent injury, free up the hips and potentially increase your available turnout.

Q: What is a scoliosis screen?
A: A scoliosis screen identifies if someone has a spinal curvature and requires further imaging, or has a family history of scoliosis. Early intervention for scoliosis is important to prevent long term back pain.

Q: What is a pointe assessment?
A: A pointe assessment identifies if a dancer is ready to progress to pointe. Strength testing and mobility of the lower leg and ankle are performed as well as a scoliosis check. Everybody receives exercises to take home.
